3. How to install the unit on your bicycle
This sensor can measure cadence just by installing the sensor to the crank of the bicycle.
Important
• This product is intended for measurement on paved roads.
• Strong shocks applied during riding may prevent measurement from being performed normally.
• Depending on the road surface conditions, correct measurement may not be possible or measurement may be delayed.
• Measurement may respond slower comparing with using magnetic sensors.

1. Attach the rubber pad to the sensor.

2. Install the sensor to the crank.

* The nylon ties can be used for holding in place more securely. (If the nylon tie becomes cut off when replacing the battery or performing some other action, please purchase a new one.)

Warning!!!
Check periodically to ensure that the unit is attached securely.
Do not use a damaged rubber band.
Caution!
When installing the sensor to the inside of the crank, keep at least 15/31" (12 mm) between the chain stay and the crank.
* In order to protect the rubber band from being damaged by the rider's shoes, the sensor should be installed as close as possible to the crank shaft.
