Operate the Light
The light does not connect to CatEyeSYNC™ or other lights, or is not synchronized.
It is likely that the communication environment and the usage situation is preventing ON/OFF synchronization.
Directly operate the light that is not working through synchronization.
* Some usage situations may result in connection/synchronization taking a few moments.
After about 4 days without use, the light will enter a sleep state (page 9), which will disable connection. If this happens, click the power switch on the light. The LED on the light will flash three times to show that connection to CatEyeSYNC™ and other lights is possible.
The light cannot be connected to CatEyeSYNC™.
Restart the smartphone.
The light does not connect or the connection takes time immediately after the app is launched.
The response may take time when the smartphone is away from the light or immediately after the app is launched.
Move the smartphone closer to the light, or wait a while.
A light that is not displayed on the device list of CatEyeSYNC™ is synchronized.
The light still contains pairing information.
Press and hold the switch on the responding light for 10 seconds. The LED will flash 10 times, and pairing will be canceled.
The light turns off immediately after it is turned on, or enters sleep state immediately after it enters the standby state.
The light has little remaining battery power. Charge the battery.
The light does not switch back from kinetic synchronization to the original light mode.
The light has malfunctioned.
Turn off the light, and then turn it back on again.
