Q：Cannot recharge the VOLT100XC.

Disconnect the light from the charger or PC/Mac, and then put it in upside down.
To recharge the light, plug USB connector of the light into the charger or PC/Mac with the switch button upward. The switch button indicator turns on in red when charging.
