Q：Cannot format the computer.

Press AC button while you press and hold MENU button on the back of the computer.
*Please note that the format procedure resets all data and settings back to default.

1. Hold down MENU button (do not release it).
2. Press AC button briefly, and then release MENU button.

If you see the screen for initial setup, the computer is properly formatted.
